Refund policy

1.Delivery and Return Terms.

1.1. After payment has been made, if you have purchased a digital product, you will receive the product (digital file) to your provided e-mail address within one hour. If you have purchased a physical product, you will receive it within 5–7 business days from the moment of payment. Physical products are delivered via parcel machines (Omniva), Latvijas Pasts, or privately. Delivery timeframes of third-party companies can be reviewed on their respective websites. In the case of private delivery, we will contact you to agree on a specific time and location. You will be informed about the status of your order from the e-mail address: info@esigudrinieks.lv.
If you have not received the e-mail containing your digital product, please check whether the files have been delivered to your SPAM or Promotions folder. If you have accidentally provided incorrect information, please contact us at: info@esigudrinieks.lv.

1.2. In accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, Section 22.13, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the contract has been concluded for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where the supply of digital content has commenced with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
The Buyer’s consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal is considered given by marking the confirmation that they have read the Website’s Terms of Use.
The Buyer may submit an objection regarding the purchase transaction electronically by sending it to the e-mail address: info@esigudrinieks.lv. The intermediary shall provide a response to the Buyer’s objection by e-mail no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt. Disputes regarding the fulfilment of obligations shall be resolved through mutual negotiations.

1.3. Physical products may be returned within 14 days. If you wish to return the received product, please send your request to the e-mail address: info@esigudrinieks.lv and indicate the reason for the return in the e-mail.
In the event of a return, the product must be returned to the Seller in the same condition in which the Buyer received it.
